Shipping Policy
Where we ship from
Every order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse inside the United States. Nothing is sent from overseas, which means no customs delays, no import fees, and no three-week wait.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1 business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and US public holidays, begin processing the next business day.
- Transit: 4-6 business days to addresses in the contiguous United States.
- Total: most orders arrive within 5-7 business days of being placed.
These are the times we actually see. If something is going to take longer, we will email you before you have to ask.
Shipping cost
Free on every order. No minimum, no thresholds, no surprise fees at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. If you are outside our shipping area, email us and we will let you know when that changes.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can also track your order at any time from our order tracking page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan after you receive the number - that is normal.
Large items and delivery
The Hidden Litter Cabinet ships flat-packed in one box by standard ground carrier. There is no appointment or signature required. The carrier will leave it at your door.
If something goes wrong
Damaged in transit: take a photo of the damage and the box, email it to us, and we will ship a replacement. You do not need to send the damaged item back.
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived: check with neighbours and your building's mail area first, then email us within 7 days and we will open a carrier trace and resolve it.
Wrong address: email us within 2 hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before the order is released. Once it has shipped we cannot reroute it.
